The church Electoral rolls are updated each year before the Annual Meeting for each Church.

In 2026 the period for revisions to be made will be between the 15th March and 5th April 2026 (Easter Sunday).

The formal announcement about the revision will be made on 28th February and the forms can be completed from the 15th March 2026.

If you are currently on the roll which was prepared as new in 2025 and you dont need to change any details you do not need not complete a new form. If you dont know ask your electoral roll officer.

For  Cam St George you can complete and submit an application online from the 15th March (you will need to provide an email address (to use the online version) CAM St George online

Or You can download and  complete the correct form, then save print then sign and date,  and place it in the Box in the church before the closing date for applications for the parish concerned.

Cam St George Stinchcombe:St Cyr

Or blank forms will be available in each church for you to fill in by hand.

For Stinchcombe St Cyr you will only be able to download the form or fill in a blank one from there and complete and return the form. 

If you dont save locally or download your entered details will be lost and you will need to download again.

Forms must be received by the Electoral Roll Officer for the Parish concerned by the end of the 5th April after that date no further names can be added to the roll until after the Annual meeting (APCM) for each parish.

If your name is not on the electoral roll you will not be able to attend and vote at the respective APCM or stand for election to the Parochial Church council or as a Lay representative on the Deanery Synod.
